제주 해녀의 생명과 다름없는 테왁과 도구를 고정하는 끈의 꼬임에서 오는 디테일과
전통 해녀 의복에서 보여지는 옷을 몸에 맞게 두르고, 겹쳐입는 형상이 이번 23SS 컬렉션의 주요 특징입니다.
혜영킴은 자연에서 온 천연소재와 천연단추만을 사용하여 끈을 활용한 디자인과
원단을 꼬아서 입는 디테일들을 조화롭게 디벨롭하여 현대적으로 풀어낸 디자인을 선보입니다.
The concept of the HyK 2023SS collection is HAENYEO, the female divers of Jeju island.
It draws inspiration from the costumes and tools of traditional Korean and modern divers.
The main features of the 23SS collection are the details of the ‘Taewak’, the symbol and the essential item of Haenyeo.
Other design elements featured are the twists of the fabric with string that fixes the tools,
and the silhouette of traditional Haenyeo clothing.
HyK uses eco-friendly fabrics and fastenings.
HyK presents a collection that uses knotted and twisted fabrics as its main design element,
with silhouettes featuring ribbons fastened around the waist.
